An insurance industry veteran of almost two decades, Justin was previously the owner of Winters Insurance Agency and PA Tags, Title & Notary in Muncy, PA. He joined Brigandi, Gleghorn and Haffley in 2024 and brings an expansive insurance knowledge, an empathetic approach and an excellent ability to provide clarity to his clients.
Just earned his degree from East Stroudsburg University and played baseball at Lock Haven University where he was team captain. He lives in Loyalsock with his wife, daughter and dog. When not at work, you can find Justin spending time outdoors with his family, listening to live music, and following Penn State Wrestling.
